লালমনিরহাট জেলা ও দায়রা জজ আদালত প্রাঙ্গণে অবস্থিত জেলা আইনজীবী সমিতি বিজ্ঞ আইনজীবীদের একটি সর্বোচ্চ পেশাগত ও গণতান্ত্রিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম। ১৯৮৪ সালে লালমনিরহাট মহকুমা পূর্ণাঙ্গ জেলায় উন্নীত হওয়ার সময় প্রতিষ্ঠিত এ সমিতি অত্র অঞ্চলের বিচারপ্রার্থী সাধারণ মানুষের ন্যায়বিচার প্রাপ্তি নিশ্চিতকরণ, সাংবিধানিক অধিকার রক্ষা এবং বিজ্ঞ সদস্যদের মর্যাদা ও পেশাগত নিরাপত্তা প্রদানে গৌরবময় ভূমিকা পালন করে আসছে।
সমিতির নিজস্ব আধুনিক বহুতল ভবন, আন্তর্জাতিক রেফারেন্স ও দেশীয় নজির সমৃদ্ধ আইন পাঠাগার, ডিজিটাল কনফারেন্স রুম ও মিলনায়তন রয়েছে। এখানে দেওয়ানি, ফৌজদারি, রাজস্ব, পারিবারিক ও সাংবিধানিক আইনে অভিজ্ঞ প্রায় তিন শতাধিক বিজ্ঞ সদস্য আইনজীবী সর্বোচ্চ পেশাগত সততা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন।

আইন পেশা একটি অত্যন্ত মর্যাদাপূর্ণ, মহৎ ও পবিত্র পেশা। বিচারপ্রার্থী সাধারণ মানুষ যখন অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ণ হওয়ার সম্মুখীন হন, তখন বিজ্ঞ আইনজীবীদের আইনি প্রজ্ঞা ও আদালতের নিরপেক্ষ ন্যায়বিচারের ওপরই তাদের শেষ ভরসা থাকে। আমাদের নৈতিক দায়িত্ব হলো আদালত প্রাঙ্গণে সততা, নিষ্ঠা ও পেশাগত শিষ্টাচার সমুন্নত রেখে সাধারণ মানুষের ন্যায়বিচার প্রাপ্তি সুগম করা।
